We roast for our online orders every Thursday and ship on the following Friday. Any orders placed after Wednesday will be roasted and shipped out the following week.
Something we like to offer is free shipping on all orders. Because of this, it is in our best interest to ship with the most cost effective method, typically USPS, which can take anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouse in Detroit. If you are looking for expedited shipping, you can select when you check out.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to offer returns on any coffee purchased. However, if there is an issue with a coffee order you have received, we want to make it right. Please reach out to support@coffeeha.us with any coffee quality questions or concerns so that we can work with you to resolve.
