Listen, I understand that the handmade 100-prong hand-carved gift-from-god Chasen is not for everyone. I mean, we don't, rather - won't use it at the cafe because frankly, it just wouldn't last under commercial use. These are the exact Chasens that we use at our cafes, at our homes, and during any demo / educational courses that we do. 

Straight from Japan, a no-frills Chasen that gets the job done for a reasonable cost. This whisk offers a very consistent texture, and handles incredibly nice for a conventional Chasen.
