Organic matcha is something sparsely found in Japan, especially down in Kyushu where the highest quality matcha comes from. But Miyuki is a huge shining star of a Matcha. My personal favorite from this year's harvest across the board. Being a first flush matcha, the taste of the tencha leaves are incredibly bright. Reminiscent of fresh berries on the tip of the tongue, and providing a very nice umami on the back palate without being too broth like in body. I am a huge fan of this one, and I cannot wait to see what you all think of as well. Try to drink this matcha within 6 weeks after opening, its best period within a month.
